When circumstances demand, I give public lectures, comment publicly on security issues in print media, and give interviews on radio as well as on live television. Comfortable dealing with senior public servants, chief executives and Ministers, I recently served as a member of the Public Advisory Committee on Disarmament and Arms Control that advises the Prime Minister and the Foreign Minister on complex security issues.
